Who and what can I use these templates for?
You can use all of our templates to build a high quality designer site of your own or use them to create an amazing product for your client. The templates cannot be placed onto a website, CD(R/RW), DVD, disc or any other source to be sold/offered for free as is or modified.
Why would I use a template instead of building from scratch?
